At Last a Dinnerware Collection!

One of the most exciting projects that I have had recently is to have the pleasure of working with French designer Marie Daage on my first collection of dinnerware. Marie is known for her beautiful hand painted designs on Limoges porcelain. I have been a fan of hers since the first time I saw her work at Maison et Objet. Her painterly style and the freshness of her designs compliments my own aesthetic perfectly, which made the decision to do my collection with her very easy.

Our first collaboration, Thomas is based on my most recent hand printed textile by the same name.

Its very gratifying to have the fabric translate so well to another medium. I am crazy about the over sized breakfast cup and saucer. Its a beautifully proportioned cup that’s ideal for a large cup of hot chocolate.

The colors we chose for the first collection are dynamic cyclamen, lettuce, and celeste bleu complimented by a very chic pale gray.

Marie Daage will be showing Thomas collection on her stand during the January Maison et Objet in Scene d’Interieur Hall 7 Stand F131. She will also be showing the newest pattern that we have designed, Charlotte, based on my romantic floral pattern by the same name.

In the US the collection is represented by in Julia Watts who will be launching it during the Spring 2014 New York Tabletop Market at 41 Madison.
