Thomasʼ Cover

It was really thrilling to open the Sunday New York Times recently and find the Prudential Douglas Elliman real estate supplement to the New York Times. The apartment on the cover was designed by none other than my partner Thomas Burak for the chic Upper Westside building The Apthorp.

I'm the new owner of 58 acres and two falling down pre Civil War log cabins in Charlottesvile Va. Your side yard travail pictures give me hope that I can pull off something similar. My place had been abandoned since 1964 and served as a hippy hangout for some of the inbetween years. Trash everywhere. I love what you achieved with your yard. Thank you for posting those progressive pictures. You started from WAY back. Ann
