Just back from a weekend in East Hampton where I went to celebrate a friends birthday. I did manage to get a few hours on the beach, there's no more relaxing place in the world than a beautiful deserted beach.

Beach time is a great place to be at one with your mind and plan out the end of year celebrations and just be grateful to the earth.
