Domino Delights
Domino Magazine and the New York Design Center teamed up to host a swell party. The 5th floor showrooms of the design center were thrown open for the packed event. The party was abuzz about the changes in fortunes in the stock market and their potential impact on clients. Mary Foley of Foley and Cox observed that an apartment in the tony 740 Park Avenue building just went on the market, which according to Foley almost never happens. Things that make you go hummm.

Homers Odd Isn't He
I had the great surprise and pleasure recently to have the author of the great blog, Homer's Odd Isn't He drop by the store. He was great fun and so nice. I really want to thank him for the wonderful write up he did on the store. I hope to see him again if my travels ever take me to Washington.
A Great Time with Martha
Martha Stewart hosted a fun party for the September Decorating issue of Martha Stewart Living. Held at Pasanella and Son Vintners, across the street from the South Street Seaport in New York. It was a wonderful chance to see a fabulous wine store and catch up with friends.
I have to say that having covered many Martha events during my editor days and having been at many others with her, last night she looked totally relaxed and was really excited to be taking pictures of her party for her own blog.
Martha Stewart enjoying being a blogger.
My dear friend Elana Frankel and Rebecca Robertson whos apartment is in the decorating issue. She and her husband also own Pasanella and Son Vintners and live above the store.
Yummy food and a handsome waiter
Always have to love an event with a bevy of beautiful ladies waiting to check you in!
